Keep the work connected.

OUR STORY
Pool work has always been about more than the pool. It is care, trust and the people who get to enjoy what you leave behind.

EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD. CARE IN THE SOFTWARE.
I was born into the pool business. My father owns a pool company, and my family still runs it today. Pools were part of everyday life long before I thought about building software.
I spent 13 years working in the business. I did maintenance visits, liner installations, repairs and service calls. As I got older, I ran the office, too. I have been the person at the pool doing the work and the person back at the desk trying to keep the day together.
That experience shapes Splash Office. I know how a small detail can turn into another phone call, another trip or another thing the owner has to remember. The instructions need to reach the crew. The agreement needs to match the job. The office needs to know what happened. And the customer deserves a clear account of the work.
Building software gave me a way to connect those pieces. A conversation can lead to a quote, a signed agreement and scheduled work. A completed job can come back with photos and a service record, ready for the office to review and the customer to receive.
My family is still in this industry. The goal is personal: make the business easier to run for the people who spend their days running it. Less chasing the details. More confidence that the next person has what they need.

Useful software helps people know what to do, and makes it easier to do it.
A clean service record lets the customer see the work that might otherwise go unnoticed.
